Material legal and procedural claims must cite the controlling court, statute, rule, official program, or government publication. Secondary sources may add context but cannot carry a controlling claim.
Editorial standards
GALPath publishes educational legal information only after a source and reviewer can be held accountable for each material claim. The current draft library remains withdrawn until it meets these standards.
Qualified review
Jurisdiction-specific legal-information content must be reviewed by a qualified attorney or appropriately credentialed subject-matter reviewer before publication. The page must identify the reviewer, credentials, scope, and review date.
Claim-level support
Fees, deadlines, eligibility rules, training hours, background checks, appointment practices, and processing estimates require direct support. If a source does not substantiate a claim, the claim is removed or clearly labeled as unverified.
Dates and jurisdiction
Every reviewed page states which jurisdiction and case context it covers, its last substantive review date, and when readers should verify with the responsible authority.
No invented certainty
GALPath does not infer a nationwide rule from one jurisdiction, promise approval or timing, or present a template as an official form.
Corrections
Material corrections are made promptly. Affected pages are withdrawn from indexing while accuracy is in question. Readers can report an issue at team@galpath.com.
