Why the review gate matters
Guardian ad litem roles, qualifications, training, fees, appointment practices, and terminology vary by jurisdiction and case type. A general article cannot establish what applies to a particular person or matter. GALPath will only publish reviewed material that identifies its sources, review date, scope, and limitations.
